Simeon Vladimirov Nikolov , Bulgarian Симеон Владимиров Николов (born November 24, 2006 in Sofia ) is a Bulgarian volleyball player , playing as a setter , representing the country .
His father is Vladimir Nikolov , one of the most successful representatives of Bulgaria.
His mother’s name is Maja and he has 2 brothers: older Aleksander , a volleyball player playing as a receiver in the Italian club Cucine Lube Civitanova , and younger Filip.
In September 2023, he received a call-up from the coach of the senior Bulgarian national team Plamen Konstantinov for the intercontinental qualifying tournament for the 2024 Summer Olympics , being just under 17 years old.
In January 2024, the Bulgarian national team won the match against Turkey in the Balkan qualifiers for the European Junior Championships (BVA), where the volleyball player scored as many as 18 points. Nine of them were aces, four were blocks and the remaining 5 points were second-ball attacks and tip-ins

His father was an opposite, his brother was an outside hitter and Simeon was a setter. The family only needed two more children playing the middle blocker and libero positions to monopolize a great volleyball team.
