U can always ask for your ticket back even if u don’t win … Not only do she get the winnings but her store get money too 😮, where ever u buy a lottery ticket, corner store, gas station ect. They get paid off of the winning ticket too

Oh my God that happened to me. I think I want ticket. It happened couple of years ago. She didn’t give me the ticket back. It was in 33rd St. in New York City. The Path train.
